The Online Services Portal is compatible with most Internet browsers such as, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari.
Some Apple Safari users may encounter a “403” or Certificate error from time to time. Please follow the steps below to correct this:
1. Using Finder navigate to
Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access. Double-click to open Keychain Access.
2. Select the
login keychain, and then select
My Certificates from the list in the lower pane.
If you do not have a list in the lower pane, with All Items, Certificates, Passwords..., press the button in the bottom left of the Keychain Access window.
Your window should look like the image below:
3. Type "coral" in the search box and highlight ALL of the certificates that are found.
4. Follow the menu path
EDIT > DELETE (or press the
delete key on your keyboard)
Result: A pop-up window will prompt you to confirm the certificate deletion. Click
delete.
5. Close and relaunch Safari. Try to access the Online Service Portal again.
